MSK was founded in 2004 as a Georgia 501c3 nonprofit with a mission of “Moving Women from Average to Excellence.” MSK is established and directed by a group of women who are primarily concerned with effecting change in the lives of women through empowering coaching relationships.

Currently, MSK has three programs focused on building the personal and professional capacity of women. These include the Leadership and Life Coaching Program, the Single Mother’s Assistance Program and the Margaret G. Baker Second Chance Award. Over 40 women have graduated from the Leadership and Life Coaching Program, and dozens more have attended Single Mother’s Assistance Program sessions. To date nine women have been awarded scholarships through the Second Chance Award.
