Dr. Toni is the Co-Pastor of Grace Church International in Atlanta, Georgia. She has served as an adjunct professor and guest lecturer in several colleges and universities such as Beulah Heights University, Regent University, Howard University, Georgia Piedmont Technical College, Spelman College Bonner Scholars Program and the Black Women In Ministerial Leadership Program at the Interdenominational Theological Center, Atlanta, Georgia. She is the author of Run and Not Be Weary: The Pursuit of Purpose and Destiny and Stoking the Fire of Your Dreams. She co-authored Let’s Stay Together: Relationship Strategies For Successful Marriages, with her husband Dr. Johnathan E. Alvarado.

Dr. Toni’s Coaching and Speaking Niche’s are: Women in Ministry, Business and Corporate Leadership, Work/Life Balance, Educational and Professional Goal/Planning, Self-Care and Healthy Relationships. She is passionate about fitness training, reading, writing and spending time with her husband and three children. Her years of experience as a community leader, pastor, professor, coach and trainer coupled with her educational accomplishments imminently qualify her to empower others.
