Dr. Antoinette G. Alvarado is the Co-Pastor of Grace Church International, Founder and Executive Director of My Sister’s Keeper Foundation for Women and President of Targeted Living Coaching & Consulting, LLC.  Dr. Toni as she is affectionately called, is a dynamic preacher, teacher, and workshop presenter, serving in national and international conferences. She is the author of Run and Not Be Weary: The Pursuit of Purpose and Destiny, Stoking the Fire of Your Dreams, Harmonize Your Life: A Journey Toward Self-Care and co-authored Let’s Stay Together: Relationship Strategies for Successful Marriages with her husband Dr. Johnathan E. Alvarado. 

 Dr. Alvarado has studied at various seminaries and universities and has been awarded several earned degrees to include: Master of Divinity Degree (2003) Church of God Theological Seminary; Doctor of Ministry Degree (2008) Regent University School of Divinity; The Master of Theology (2009) Columbia Theological Seminary; and Graduate Certificate in Women’s Studies (2013) University of Georgia. Certified Coach & Coach Trainer through Lifeforming Leadership Coaching (2005), and Certified Health and Wellness Coach by the American Fitness Professional Association (2021).

 She has served as an adjunct professor and guest lecturer in several colleges and universities such as Beulah Heights University, Regent University, Howard University School of Divinity, Georgia Piedmont Technical College, Spelman College Bonner Scholars Program, and the Black Women in Ministerial Leadership Program at the Interdenominational Theological Center, in Atlanta, Georgia. She has also written several articles and sermons for such publications and periodicals as Gospel Today Magazine and The African American Pulpit and participated in many interviews and documentaries on the topics of Coaching and Mentoring Relationships, Leadership, Marriage and Family and Women in Ministry.

 Dr. Toni is Founder of the Harmonize Your Life Women’s Self-Care Network, the Retreat Leader of the Harmonize Your Life Women’s Self-Care Retreat and the host of the Harmonize Your Life: Conversations on Self-Care for Women of Color Podcast. Her Coaching and Speaking Niches are: Women in Ministry, Women in Leadership, Work/Life Harmony, Personal and Professional Development, Self-Care, Health and Wellness, and Healthy Relationships Among Women.

 Dr. Toni is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. Chi Tau Omega Chapter in Covington, GA currently serving the Chapter Chaplain and Chair of the Spiritual Oversight Committee. She is a Board Member for the Women in Ministry Conference-Atlanta GA under the leadership of Dr. Cynthia L. Hale, Charter Member of the Women of Color Empowerment Institute-Atlanta Chapter, Graduate of Leadership Rockdale (2015), Goodwill Ambassador for the State of Georgia (2015) Former Board Member of Gilgal Recovery House for Women (2016-2018), and she was inducted into the Martin Luther King Jr. International Chapel Board of Preachers at Morehouse College on April 4, 2019.

 She is passionate about fitness training, reading, writing, and spending time with her husband, children, and girlfriends. Her years of experience as a community servant, leader, pastor, professor, speaker, coach, and trainer imminently qualify her to empower others.
